Voiding an order

You can void an entire order or any item(s) in the order. Voiding puts the money back into the customer’s account. Use the Journal feature to do this.

NOTE: The Journal feature keeps track of all orders from cash in to cash out. It provides a quick way to see all your orders and enables you to void where necessary.

  1. Click Menu and select Journal.

  2. Select your customer.

  3. To void the entire order, click Void Order.

  • To void an item, select the item and click Void Item.

   4. (Optional) Provide a comment for the void and click OK.
   5. To close the Journal, click Close.
