If a customer wants to add money to their account balance, they can do so at the POS. Taking a payment without a sale also enables customers to pay off a negative balance at the POS.
- With the customer on the screen, click Payment.
- Select Cash or Check accordingly.
- Enter the amount of money and click Total.
- Select where to apply the payment:
a) Ala Carte – Money can be used to purchase anything from the menu.
b) Meal Plan – Money can be used to purchase 1 qualified breakfast and lunch per day for eligible customers.
c) Split 50/50 – Split the money between Ala Carte and Meal Plan.
