If a customer wants to add money to their account balance, they can do so at the POS. Taking a payment without a sale also enables customers to pay off a negative balance at the POS.

  1. With the customer on the screen, click Payment.
  2. Select Cash or Check accordingly.
  3. Enter the amount of money and click Total.
  4. Select where to apply the payment:

        a) Ala Carte – Money can be used to purchase anything from the menu.
        b) Meal Plan – Money can be used to purchase 1 qualified breakfast and lunch                  per day for eligible customers.
        c) Split 50/50 – Split the money between Ala Carte and Meal Plan.
